1. Tell us a bit about yourself and your role. 

My name is Inessa, and I manage Nine Worlds, an Icelandic luxury travel brand that brings our clients’ dream holidays to life. Daily, I ensure the efficiency of our operations in Iceland and put customer service at the forefront. My focus is meeting the needs of our discerning clients through the continuous development of original travel offerings.

In my free time, I love exploring Iceland’s rugged landscapes and hiking with my Border Collie dog. During cozy winters here, I love knitting Icelandic sweaters. These hobbies keep me connected to the surrounding environment, and sometimes, they are the source of inspiration for my work.
